ROYAL COURT DINING REIMAGINED

JOSEON, THE LAST DYNASTY OF KOREA

Royal Court Dining dates back to the Joseon Dynasty, circa 1392, where dishes were an ode to the past and present rulers of the Kingdom. Meals changed daily, and food was thoughtfully curated for the royal family..

Our mission is to pay respect to this golden era of Korean dining, while simultaneously introducing new ways to reflect, savor and celebrate its delicious traditions that are in sync with a contemporary experience.

Inspired by Chef Debbie Lee’s North Korean roots, our 5 and 7 course tasting menus (which include vegan options), give you a little taste of our heritage, reimagined for a modern table.

About Us

Joseon, is a modern interpretation of the cuisine that was created specifically for the King and Royal Family of the last remaining Dynasty of Korea. Driven from Chef Debbie’s Northern Korean ancestry, our goal is to provide our guests with a taste of tradition, while also creating new, palate-forward experiences for all to partake.
